Warranty Policy
1. Coverage
X Lights LED products are backed by a 5-year limited warranty covering all parts and accessories. This warranty applies to products purchased through an authorized X Lights dealer and used under normal conditions for their intended purpose.
2. What’s Included
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Failures in normal operation under standard residential or commercial use.
- Replacement or repair of defective components, at X Lights’ discretion.
3. What’s Not Included
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification.
- Issues resulting from power surges, lightning strikes, or exposure to extreme conditions.
- Labour costs, shipping, or other incidental expenses related to removal or reinstallation.
4. Warranty Claim Process
No registration is required to activate your warranty. To file a claim:
- Take a photo of the dated sticker located inside your control box.
- Contact your authorized X Lights dealer with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- The dealer or X Lights support team will review and process your claim.
5. Product Certification
All X Lights LED products are certified for use in Canada and the United States and meet all relevant safety and performance standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
X Lights’ liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. X Lights is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or installation.
7. Warranty Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
