This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Replacement or repair of defective components, at X Lights’ discretion.

3. What’s Not Included

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification.
Issues resulting from power surges, lightning strikes, or exposure to extreme conditions.
Labour costs, shipping, or other incidental expenses related to removal or reinstallation.

4. Warranty Claim Process

No registration is required to activate your warranty. To file a claim:

Take a photo of the dated sticker located inside your control box.
Contact your authorized X Lights dealer with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
The dealer or X Lights support team will review and process your claim.

5. Product Certification

All X Lights LED products are certified for use in Canada and the United States and meet all relevant safety and performance standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

X Lights’ liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. X Lights is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or installation.
